UGI Utilities, Inc. commissioned BL Companies to design the site improvements related to the 100,000 SF corporate headquarters located in East Cocalico Township, Lancaster County.  The 33-acre project site contained sensitive natural resources including streams and wetlands which were incorporated into the overall design of the project.  Work included an ALTA survey, Phase 1 ESA, wetland delineation, land development and zoning permit plans, erosion and sediment control plans and coordinating with the local utility companies for offsite utility extensions.
