We’re excited to announce the official opening of Happy Days Park in Uwchlan Township, PA! This 169-acre park blends thoughtful design, environmental care, and a touch of historic charm – offering preserved open space for everyone to enjoy.
BL Companies was proud to partner with Audubon Land Development on surveying, environmental permitting, and civil engineering. We’re also continuing our work with Portman Industrial, who brought the project to life and will help maintain it for the community.
The park features a restored stream with protective buffers, preserved historic structures, and a layout designed with input from local, state, and federal agencies.
