BL Companies offered creative ways to expand and renovate Helaba’s New York City office, engage the Manhattan skyline, capitalize on the existing natural light throughout the 35,000 SF space on two floors in Midtown Manhattan, and enhance image and ergonomic functions in all working and meeting areas. The elegant space includes additional executive and administrative offices, meeting rooms, a trading room and technology support functions.
