Fox Run Mall is an 110,000 SF mall located just south of historic Main Street in Glastonbury, Connecticut. BL Companies led the design of the mall transformation, which included the addition of Whole Foods Market and a four-phase renovation of the existing retail and office space. The engaging design provides a residential “streetscape” appearance to complement the nearby historic area. It also gives the retail and office tenants a renewed sense of identity by breaking the long facade into smaller, architectural elements.
