BL’s Environmental team is proud to support schools with critical indoor air quality and environmental health evaluations. Our role has included:
- Identifying water-damaged materials and potential mold growth through thorough inspections.
- Conducting air and surface sampling for dust, VOCs, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, humidity, and temperature.
- Performing radon sampling in accordance with state and EPA guidance.
- Collecting water samples to assess lead and copper levels, following USEPA’s “3Ts” approach.
- Providing pre- and post-remediation evaluations to confirm the effectiveness of corrective actions.
These efforts help schools address environmental challenges proactively, ensure compliance with evolving guidelines, and most importantly, create healthier environments for students and staff.
