The Gateway Commons – Costco Development & I-95 Ramp / Route 161 Improvements project showcased the innovative capabilities of BL Companies, coupled with great collaborative partnerships. This project was regionally significant to the State of Connecticut, needing both new development and transportation infrastructure improvements to the I-95 ramps and Route 161 in East Lyme.
BL Companies made it possible through innovative planning, engineering, and design elements. Together with the collaboration of the entire project team, the Gateway Commons was successfully completed on-time in the Fall of 2019.
This project was an exemplar of BL’s multi-disciplinary capabilities in which client satisfaction was demonstrated through multiple letters of recommendations and ultimately, contributing to the well-being of the community, region and tourists visiting this area.
