Mentors for Excellence

At BL Companies, we are dedicated to improving the landscape of our communities. We designed our Mentors for Excellence program to fill the gap between the built and social environments. This has enabled us to become active designers of whole environments and to work with public school students regarding their career goals and interests. Our objective is to assist in broadening the professional horizons of students and helping to raise the students’ career aspirations. We believe the program can help young people become better equipped to realize the vast array of career choices that are within their grasp. These important goals can, in part, be accomplished by exposing students to the design professionals at BL Companies.
